Part 1: The Beginning

I started my career as a technologist – building websites, mobile apps, software solutions. Standard stuff.

But around 2010, I became fascinated by a different problem: How can you scale the knowledge of a single expert without destroying what makes them valuable?

That’s when I got involved in building the first internet clinic in my country – a platform for healthcare professionals to serve patients online. We built patient intake systems, diagnostic tools, appointment scheduling, medical records management. The platform served thousands.

What I learned: Experts don’t need generic SaaS. They need solutions built for their world – solutions that reflect their methodology, their ethics, their community.

Part 2: Mastering the Craft

Over the next decade, I built more platforms:

• CRM systems for coaches – Helping practitioners manage client relationships at scale
• Community platforms for experts – Creating spaces where practitioners could connect with clients and each other
• Automation systems – Using no-code and custom integrations to eliminate repetitive admin work
• Mobile apps & web platforms – From healthcare to nutrition to education

Each project taught me something new about what experts actually need (vs. what generic SaaS companies sell them).

Part 3: The Smartbody.pro Case Study

Then came Smartbody.pro – a nutrition coaching platform. The founder had a proven coaching program but was stuck: She could only serve 20-30 clients in 1-on-1 sessions. She wanted to scale without hiring.

We built a comprehensive platform: 24 habit modules, 300+ lessons, daily engagement, meal tracking, coach dashboards, real-time analytics. Fully personalized. Automated where possible, human-touch where it matters.

The result? 6,000+ people went through the program. She could serve 1,000x more people while improving service quality. She maintained control over methodology. Revenue scaled exponentially.

That project crystallized my mission: Every expert should have the option to scale their knowledge through a platform.

Part 4: Why I Focus on Coaches, Therapists, Psychologists, and Educators

I’m biased toward business models that generate revenue immediately. Not all SaaS needs VC. Not all platforms need to hit $10M. Sometimes a sustainable, profitable $50-100K/year business is exactly what you need.
